TB9 was built with one clear goal: to be the most trusted, safest and most enjoyable online gaming platform for Malaysian players. We are more than just a website — we are a community that grows every day alongside our players.
TB9 started with one simple question: why don't Malaysian players have an online gaming platform that truly understands their needs? The TB9 founding team — made up of passionate online gaming enthusiasts themselves — saw a huge gap between what foreign platforms offered and what local players actually needed.
And so TB9 was born — a platform designed from the ground up with Malaysian players in mind. Language, payment methods, game types, platform speed and security standards — all carefully planned based on genuine feedback from the local player community.
Today, TB9 has grown into one of the most trusted online gaming platforms in Malaysia, with over 100,000 registered members playing actively every day. Yet even as we grow, we never forget our roots — a platform built for players, by people who truly understand players.
TB9's Mission: Delivering a safe, fair, enjoyable and accessible online gaming experience for all levels of Malaysian players — whether you are a newcomer or a seasoned veteran.
The TB9 founding team began platform development — selecting game providers, building the infrastructure and designing a user experience that would truly stand apart.
TB9 was officially launched with its first game collection. The overwhelming response from Malaysian players proved that this platform truly meets the real needs of the local market.
TB9 added over 200 new game titles including premium slots, fish shooting games and live games — making TB9 one of the platforms with the most complete game collection in Malaysia.
The TB9 VIP membership programme was launched alongside a mobile app optimised for Android and iOS — delivering a smoother, more exclusive gaming experience for loyal members.
TB9 reached a historic milestone with 100,000 active registered members — a clear testament to the trust the Malaysian gaming community has placed in our platform.
TB9 continues to enhance the platform, introduce new features and strengthen its security infrastructure — committed to remaining the top choice for Malaysian players.
From security to the gaming experience — every aspect of TB9 is purpose-built to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of Malaysian players.
TB9 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and gaming session. Your personal data and financial information are stored securely and are never shared with third parties without your consent.
Your winnings are yours — and TB9 ensures your money reaches you quickly. Withdrawals are processed efficiently, while VIP members enjoy priority withdrawals handled ahead of regular players.
From progressive jackpot slots, interactive fish shooting games and live dealer games to classic card games — TB9 offers over 500 titles from world-leading providers such as JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and many more.
Over 80% of TB9 players game via smartphone — which is why every aspect of our platform is optimised for mobile screens. The TB9 App is available for Android and iOS with a clean, responsive and data-light interface.
TB9 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow and many more. Deposits and withdrawals can be made in Malaysian Ringgit with no hassle or hidden fees.
Loyal TB9 members are eligible to join a multi-tier VIP programme offering weekly cashback, birthday bonuses, higher withdrawal limits and access to exclusive events. The more active you are, the more privileges you enjoy with TB9.
At TB9, we believe that long-term success can only be achieved when player trust is placed above all else. These values are not mere slogans — they are the real guidelines we apply to every business and technical decision we make every day.
From how we select game providers and handle customer complaints, to how we design the platform interface — everything is guided by the core values we have held since the very first day TB9 was founded.
We understand that the trust placed in us by over 100,000 members is not something to be taken lightly. That is why we are always striving to be better — day by day, month by month, year by year.
TB9 operates with full transparency — our terms and conditions are written in plain, easy-to-understand language, return-to-player (RTP) rates are clearly displayed, and there are no hidden terms in any promotion we offer. What you see is what you get.
All games on TB9 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) — ensuring every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by anyone, including TB9 itself.
TB9 is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide self-control tools such as deposit limits, session time limits and the option to take a temporary break — because our players' well-being matters far more than any short-term gain.
The online gaming industry is constantly evolving, and TB9 always stays ahead of the curve. We continuously evaluate the latest technologies, add new games and improve the user experience based on genuine feedback from our player community.
TB9 is powered by a dedicated team — every member shares one common goal: ensuring you get the best gaming experience every time you log in.
Responsible for ensuring every corner of the TB9 platform runs smoothly, intuitively and meets the needs of Malaysian players every day.
Monitoring the TB9 platform's security around the clock — protecting player data, preventing fraud and ensuring every transaction runs safely.
Always ready to assist TB9 players at any time — via live chat, email and instant messaging platforms — in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Working tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the TB9 platform fast, stable and continuously upgraded with the latest features.
Malaysia is a unique market. Players here have different tastes, habits and needs compared to players elsewhere — and TB9 understands this better than anyone. We are not simply copying a foreign platform model and swapping the interface language to Bahasa Malaysia. We genuinely rebuilt the user experience from scratch, with local context at the forefront.
Take payment methods as an example. Most overseas platforms only support credit cards or international e-wallets — a major barrier for many Malaysian players. TB9, on the other hand, supports FPX bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and a range of other methods that Malaysians genuinely use in their daily lives.
On the games front, TB9 curates titles that are genuinely popular among Southeast Asian players — including highly sought-after fish shooting games, oriental-themed slots and live games hosted by Asian dealers who can communicate in a language that feels natural to Malaysian players.
The TB9 customer support team is also fluent in Bahasa Malaysia — meaning whenever you have a question or encounter any issue, you can explain it in your native language without struggling in English or relying on a translator. This is our commitment to Malaysian players, whom we regard as our own family.
TB9 believes that online gaming should be a source of entertainment and enjoyment — not stress or financial hardship. That is why we invest seriously in our responsible gaming programme.
Every TB9 member has access to a comprehensive set of self-control tools. You can set daily or weekly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and even request a temporary break from the platform if you feel you need one. These tools are designed to give you full control over your gaming habits.
We also have a team specially trained to identify signs of problem gambling. If our team detects concerning patterns of play, we will proactively reach out to the player to offer support — not to close the account, but to help that player enjoy gaming in a healthier way.
Important Notice: TB9 platform is for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for users aged 18 years and above. Please set a budget limit before playing and never wager money you cannot afford to lose. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming us.
